Follow These Steps for a Great Mini Facial:
1. Wash your face and neck with Young Living’s Orange Blossom Facial Wash. Using your fingertips, gently rub in an upward motion. Rinse well.
2. Exfoliate. Apply a dime-sized amount of Satin Facial Scrub Mint with your fingertips, using a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Treat. Select the Young Living essential oils suited for your skin type. Apply one to three drops of each oil in the palm of your hand, emulsify and apply to your neck and face in upward strokes avoiding the eye area.
Dry or mature skin: myrrh essential oil or sandalwood essential oil
Oily skin: orange essential oil or lavender essential oil.
Problematic skin: juniper essential oil, Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil, or lavender essential oil.
4. Steam. Create a steam bath by adding three to four drops of frankincense essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Put your face near the steam (eyes closed), cover your head and the bowl with a towel, and breathe deeply for a few minutes.
5. Tone. With a soft cotton pad, dab a generous amount of Young Living LavaDerm Cooling Mist on your face and allow to air dry.
